Filmfare Awards 2008

Filmfare Award is organized every year in Mumbai, with the aim of honoring the best talents of Bollywood. The award ceremony of 2008 was yet another happening event in the history of Hindi Film Industry, complete with all its pomp and show. The year 2008 witnessed the making of a number of substantial movies in a row, such as 'Cheak De India' and 'Taate Zameen Par'. It also saw the addition of promising new members, such as Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, in the fraternity of Bollywood.
