Winners

Student Academy Awards were started with the aim of encouraging the budding talents of Hollywood. The first such award was given on December 20, 1973, at Theater on Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles. Student Academy Award ceremony is organized as an annual competition for college and university filmmakers. The winners are decided by the body of the Professional filmmakers that are also the members of the Academy. The winners in various categories receive trophies (Oscar statuettes is not awarded) and cash prizes. Read on further to go through the list of Past Student Academy Award Winners.
