From the year 2000, IIFA awards kick started its journey of celebrating Indian Cinema across the shores of India. The first glitzy IIFA award ceremony was held at the Millennium Dome in London. The IIFA best dialogue award was introduced in the year 2007. The award is presented to a screen writer for coming up with the best dialogues in a movie.
