Millions of viewers across the world watched the IIFA debut event telecast live. The first award ceremony took place at Millennium Dome in London. The film is centered on the individual lives of seven people residing in Mumbai and also includes some elements from the story ‘The Apartment’ (a 60’s classic movie).
